NELSON, William David, (Willie) age 76, of Flint, died Monday June 15, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Friday June 19, 2015 at Cornerstone Baptist Church 6273 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, Pastor Dan Louman officiating.
Mr. Nelson was born February 14, 1939 in Flint, the son of John and Leona Trombley-Nelson. He is survived by 2 sons; David and wife Marietta Nelson of Burton and James and wife Karen Nelson of Fenton. 5 grandchildren; Amber and Autumn Cherveney, Josh, Zola and Ethan Nelson. 2 sisters; Donna Metevier of Flushing and Marge Teachout of Freeland. Special Friend Anita Ford, best friend and nephew Jimmy Metevier, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter Terri Sue Harrelson.
