LaROSE, Timothy Alan, of Burton, age 70, died Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at his residence, surrounded by his family.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, August 8, 2025 at Calvary Community Church, 1201 West 12th Street, Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park.  Mr. LaRose will lie is state at the church where friends may visit 10:00 A.M. until the time of services Friday.

Tim was born May 21, 1955 in Flint, the son of Rev. Alan L. and Edna Rebecca (Morse) LaRose.  He attended Bendle Schools and graduated from Ainsworth High School.  Tim was a proud man who loved riding his Harley with his boys.  He enjoyed working in his yard, and he loved hunting and being up north in the woods.

Surviving are:  his spouse of 26 years, Susie LaRose; children, Christina Brett, Nick LaFleur, Delbert King, and Heather (Roger) Lince; grandchildren, Chrisciajean Brett, Zoe Jane Buck, Demaray King, Elijah LaFleur, Ciarrajune Brett, Cadence Marie Thornburg, Jackson LaFleur, and Nicolas LaFleur; mother, Edna Rebecca LaRose; siblings, Rebecca Sischo, Mark (Barb) LaRose, John (Barb) LaRose, Sarah (Fred) LaRose-Nettell, Joseph (Cindy) LaRose, and Leah (Don) LaRose-Smith; many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Rev. Alan L. LaRose, grandparents, Edward and Lila LaRose and Emma and Carl Morse, and niece, Felicia (Fifi) LaRose.

He didn't know about tomorrow, but he knew who held his hand.
