BRANDON, Susan Kay (Dodd), of Flint, formerly of Davison, age 70, died Sunday, October 23, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon Thursday, Octoeber 27, 2016 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Joseph B. Zelley officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Susan will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 N. Ballenger Hwy., Flint Township, where friends may call 10AM-8PM Wednesday. Susan was born in Arkansas, August 17, 1946, the daughter of Everett L. and Lorene (Dawson) Dodd. She grew up in Davison, graduating from Davison High School in 1964. Susan has worked as a server in various establishments in Genesee County. She will be remembered as a loving sister, beloved Aunt SueSue, and a cherished great aunt. Her interest were many including Tigers Baseball, Lions Football, and anything Spartan.(Go Green). She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Tamara in 2011. Surviving are: 2 sisters, Ruth Stotler, of Warrenton, Missouri and Beth (Joseph) Zelley of Flint; brother, David Dodd also of Flint; several beloved nieces and nephews.
