COOPER, Shirley Ann, of Montrose, formerly of Davison, age 65, died Thursday, April 3, 2025.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 11, 2025 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park.  Shirley will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where family will receive friends 5-8 P.M. Thursday.

Shirley was born October 30, 1959 in Flint, the daughter of Felbert (Stan) and Marion (Mierky) Maupin.  She retired from General Motors where she worked as a tool and die maker.  She loved the Michigan Renaissance Festival where she worked for several years.

Surviving are her brothers, David (Brenda) Maupin and Robert (Chris) Maupin; many nieces and nephews including Tamie, Michelle, Sean, Dylan, Natasha, Robert, Alisha, Jeffrey, and more; also she adored her great nieces and nephews, including Mya, Elijah, Sophie, and many more.
