MUSIC, Roger Dale, of Swartz Creek, age 70, died Monday, July 19, 2021 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery.  Mr. Music will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may visit 6:00 – 8:00 PM Saturday and 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday.  Roger was born in Pontiac, Michigan May 17, 1951.  He attended Swartz Creek Schools.  Roger entered the U.S. Army in April, 1969, serving in Vietnam before his discharge in April, 1971.  He married Jeannette L. Hollenback November 11, 1972.  Roger retired from General Motors after 32 years service, and later worked as a courier for H-Care for 15 years.  Surviving are:  wife, Jeannette L. Music; 2 sons, Roger Dale (Jennifer) Music II and Robert Jeffery Music; grandchildren, Arianna, Bianca, Roger Dale III, and Odin.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Naomi, and his sister, Judy
