GORDON, Richard Scott, of Flint, age 58, died Sunday, October 9, 2016 at Heartland Healthcare Center, Plymouth. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held 3 PM Wednesday at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Paul Christiansen officiating. Mr. Gordon was born March 2, 1958 in Elk City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Clinton High School in Clinton, Oklahoma. He was a business man and had many talents, from the oil fields to door-to-door sales to the kitchen. He was a fabulous chef and loved to prepare meals for family holidays. He was a loving father, grandfather, and son. Surviving are: sons, Zachary Scott Gordon and fiancé Cylesta Opperman, and Adam Gordon and fiancé Elysia Carroll; daughter, Rachel Williams; grandchildren, Cadence, Dylan, Aiden, Harper, and Noah Gordon; sister, Phoebe Jepson; brother, Jamie Gordon. Mr. Gordon was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Gordon, and his father, David Gordon.
