GRIFFIN, Rebecca Leigh (Becky), of Mt. Morris, age 42, died Friday, March 19, 2021.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery.  Becky will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may visit 10:00 AM—8:00 PM Monday and Tuesday.  Becky was born January 3, 1979 in Flint.  She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend.  Becky loved her family and her animals. She touched the life of everyone she came in contact with.  The world has lost a beautiful person both inside and out.  She is survived by:  daughter and best friend, Sadie Burnaine; mother and close friend, Jennifer Bentoski; husband, Ryon Gay; sisters, Veronica Jamerson and Erin Thibodeau;  best friend, Mary Morgan; nieces and nephews, Juanita, Alivia, Josh and Madison.  She is preceded in death by her father, Donald C. Griffin; grandparents, Juanita and Robert Draheim; great grandparents, Jim and Lena (Neno) Tipitt; aunts, Karen Barnes and Kelly Kerperien; and uncle, Robert (Bobby) Draheim.
