SCARBROUGH, Raymond Keith II, of Fllint, age 46, died Monday, July 8, 2019 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.  Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Saturday at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Dwight Rottiers officiating.  Cremation will follow.  Mr. Scarbrough will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 N. Ballenger Hwy., Flint Township, where family will receive friends 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday.  Raymond was born May 16, 1973 in Christian County, Kentucky.  He grew up in Flint.  Surviving are:  3 children, Brittney, Raymond, and Dominic; 2 grandchildren, Natilee, and Averie; brother, Gilbert; sisters, Shannon and Tarene; nieces, India, Asia, Ruby, and Layla;  nephew, Anthony.
