BROOKMAN, Nancy Lee, of Genesee Township, age 79, died Thursday, June 26, 2025 at McLaren Flint Hospital.  A Service of Remembrance will be held 6:00 P.M. Monday, June 30, 2025 at Central Baptist Church, 2211 North Center Road, Flint, Pastor Rich Bowen officiating.  Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Boon Township Eastside Cemetery, 1099 West 32 Road, Boon, Michigan (near Cadillac).  Nancy was born in Cadillac, April 2, 1946 the daughter of Richard and Eileen (Edwards) Taylor.  She retired from State of Michigan Government and worked several years at Benmark Place Mobile Home Park.  She was a member of Central Baptist Church, Mount Morris Chapter #474 Order of The Eastern Star, and Cadillac Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #531.

Surviving are:  2 children, Martin (Angie) Soles, and Shelley (Loren) Bearup; grandchildren, Amie (David) Juillet, C. J. (Cora) Ulrich, Travis (Gabby) Ulrich, Wayne (Kristen) Bearup, Michael (Caroline) Bearup, and Ryan Bearup; several great grandchildren; brothers, Rex and Ralph (Arnie) Taylor; 2 nieces; 1 nephew.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Rick and Eileen, husband Jim Cowles, and husband George Brookman.
