ROWLEY, Michael Odine, of Flushing, age 69. died Saturday, November 27, 2021 at McLaren Flint Hospital.  Funeral Services will be held 11:30 AM Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Pastor Sarah LaRose officiating.  Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery.  Mr. Rowley will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may visit 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday.  Michael was born in Flint July 14, 1952.  He served in the United States Army and later owned several bars/restaurants in Michigan and Alaska.  He was also an accomplished electrician.  Michael spent most of his life being a carefree spirit who traveled the country on his motorcycle.  He loved the time he spent living in Alaska. Michael enjoyed horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and was an excellent cook.  He loved spending time with family, and they knew if he was around it was going to be a good time.  Michael loved to laugh and loved to make others laugh.  He is survived by:  two children, Jeremy Rowley and Brandi (Marcus Branscum) Rowley;  grandchildren, Elijah, Jacob, Julia, Angel, Joshua, Scarlett, and EllieMae; siblings, Stephen (Debbie) Rowley, Colleen (Don) Mathis, John Rowley, Patrick Rowley, Mark (Theresa) Rowley, Donald Rowley, and Jeff (Cheryl) Damon;  many nieces and nephews; long-time partner, DeeDee Trombley.  He is preceded in death by his parents Donald S. and Carolyn Rowley, and cousin Lucy Jesme.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be  made to the charity of your choice.
