Fenner, Michael David (Mike), of Blissfield, age 67, died Tuesday June 21, 2026 at Promedica Hickman Hospital, Adrian, Michigan.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery.  Mr. Fenner will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may call 400 - 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and 10:00 A.M. until the time of services Wednesday July 1, 2026. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to a family memorial fund.

Mike was born in Lapeer, Michigan September 8, 1958 the son of Max and Edna (Spencer) Fenner.  He retired from General Motors and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Surviving are; wife, Madge; son, Donte Smith; daughter, Percella (Cella) Smith; brothers-in-law, Fred Smith and Mark (Karen) Smith; several nieces and nephews.
