ATCHLEY, Lillian D., of Burton, age 90, died Saturday, July 25, 2020 at her residence.  Funeral Services will be held 12:30 P.M. Monday, August 3, 2020 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Rick Dunn officiating.  Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery.   Mrs. Atchley will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may call 4:00 - 8:00 PM Saturday, and 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Sunday.  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face coverings and social distancing are required.  She was born in Pleasant Grove, Arkansas April 8, 1930.  She married William Alphis (Sam) Atchley in Conway, Arkansas in 1951.  In 1952 they moved to the Flint area where they made their home and raised their family.  Lillian was a loving and devoted wife and mother.  Surviving are: son, Roger Atchley; grandsons, Daniel Atchley and Josh Atchley; sister, Imogene Maghar of Little Rock, Arkansas; brother, Ben Davis of Sacramento, California.  She was preceded in death by her husband Sam, and son Wayne, both in 2014.
