BARNES, Leonora Joanne, of Flint Township, age 55, went to be with her family in heaven, Monday, July 22, 2019 at McLaren Flint.  Cremation has taken place.  Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday at Richfield Park.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SERVICE PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE AT THE PLUMB-SMITH FUNERAL HOME HAS BEEN CANCELLED.  Leonora was born in Flint, July 7, 1964.  "Lori" as she was known by the people who loved her, was taken from this world way too early.  She will be remembered for her love of life and her smile that lit up a room.  She enjoyed spending time with her immediate and extended family.  She will be forever missed by her three children,  Denise Harrington, Ricky Harrington, Jr., and Stacy Barnes, along with her three stepchildren, Heather, Rachel, and Brian.  She is also survived by her loving companion, Brian Guest, her father James Barnes, four sisters, and one brother.  Lori is preceded in death by her mother Eileen Barnes, and granddaughter Alyssa Gonzales.
