ALLEN, Leeona Ann  "Jane", of Flint Township, age 63, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 at her home.  Cremation has taken place.  Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Bristol Road Church of Christ, 1315 West Bristol Road, Flint Township, Mr. Rigel Dawson officiating.  Please join us in remembering her life and in her send-off to be with our Lord in heaven.  A lifelong resident of the Flint area.  Leeona was born in Flint, December 27, 1958, the daughter of Patricia Anna Dodge and Meldrum Reginald Allen.  She attended Lowell Middle School and Flint Central High School.  For the rest of her life she was dedicated to caring for her family, as well as to providing childcare for others as her occupation.  She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, attending church, and prayer groups, with her beloved friends at Bristol Road Church of Christ, and faithfully reading her bible.  Her hobbies included crossword puzzles, computers, and video games.  Leeona was a very kind, compassionate, and loving person who helped anyone in need.  She has touched the lives of many throughout her life and will be greatly missed by all who adored and loved her, especially her children and grandchildren.  Surviving are:  2 daughters, Patricia Jahn, and Stacey Grant; son, Leroy Grant, Jr.; grandchildren, Anessa Ristich, Adriane King, Joseph Grant, Gynaia Rye, and Tyrone Green; great grandchildren; sisters, Marcia Hill, Marie Cheek, Jackie Case, and Janet Biddulph; many nieces and nephews; many friends, including special friends Ted and Vickie Elumbaugh, Robert and Deborah Pease, and Kim Humphries.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Ann Dodge, her father, Meldrum Reginald Allen, brothers, Randolph Allen, Scott Allen, Ronald Allen, and Richard Metzger, and sister, Judith Steele.  Also preceding her in death was her dearest friend, Donna Reyna.
