TYREE, Laquita Edith, of Flint, age 61, left us while surrounded by loved ones, Sunday, March 13, 2022 at McLaren Flint Hospital.  Cremation has taken place. Ms. Tyree was born January 8, 1961 in Lepanto, Arkansas, the daughter of Argil and Ethel Leona (Taylor) Barrett.  Loved by all, Laquita was a great mother, grandma, sister, and friend to everyone.  She loved people and her animals.  She will be remembered as a kind and beautiful person.  Forever loved and never forgotten.  Surviving are:  children, Duston Tyree, Kenneth Tyree, Leanna Hammond, Neda Watkins, Joshua Verkennes, Quandarius Edwards, Cassie Critchley, Adam Dowland, Brenden Hammond, and Rachel Powell; grandchildren, Zaiden Miller, Kyleigh Hammond, Neveah LaRose, Josiah Tyree, Mariah Mills, Olivia Hammond, and Elaina; sisters, Estelle Coons, Cathy Barrett, Sherry Barrett, Jenine Barrett, and Chrissy Barrett; brothers, A. C. Barrett, Kerry Barret, and Billy Barrett.
