Rak, Kathy Leann, of Huron, Ohio, formerly of Clio, age 57, died Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.  Kathy will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may visit 10:00 AM until the time of service Tuesday.  Kathy was born in Flint, January 10, 1964.  She graduated Clio High School in 1982 and attended Mott Community College.  She married John Jay Rak October 12, 1991.  Surviving are:  sons, John Casciano-Rak and Jesse (Deanna) Rak; granddaughter, Ava Rak; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She is preceded in death by her husband, John Jay Rak, parents, Arther and Carolyn (Edgeworth) Hornung, sister, Kenda Hornung, aunt Marilyn Johns, and grandparents, Percy and Dorothy Edgeworth.  Kathy was known to many as Mom & Grandma Kathy.
