HENSLEY, June Rose, of Mount Morris Township, age 65, died Friday, January 28, 2022 at McLaren Flint Hospital.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Pastor Tim Hobson officiating.  Cremation will follow.  June will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may visit 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday, and 11:00 AM until the time of service Wednesday.  Mrs. Hensley was born in Saginaw, Michigan August 21, 1956, the daughter of James and Rose (Thompson) Huntley.  Surviving are:  5 children, Jackie (Jeffery) Wyman, June Sawvel, Amy (Rodney) Burris, Oscar Hensley, and Jerry Brett; lots of grandchildren; a couple great grandchildren; siblings, Joan Huntley, Jimmy Huntley, Marcella Wyman, Vickie Schuler, Richard "Rex" Huntley, Rusty Huntley, Brian Huntley, Annette St. Charles, and Rita Martin; step-mother, Gloria Huntley.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her children, Steven Sawvel, Jennifer Sawvel, and Walter Brett, and by her brother, Clair Huntley.
