Born May 4, 1941, she was the oldest of five children born to Lester Byron and Geneva Pearl (Billingsley) Dinsmore. She was raised on Dinsmore's Pine Row Fruit Farm in Montrose and Graduated from Montrose High School.  She was very proud of growing up on an apple farm who's trees her father grew from seedlings.  This upbringing inspired her Clown Name "Apple Annie" during her time as a clown with El Said Court No. 28, Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, Inc.  She enjoyed bringing smiles to the young and old alike, entertaining with face painting, balloons, and fun.  Judith was also one of the original members of the Genesee County Herb Society giving her the opportunity to dress up and serve at Crossroads Village in Genesee County.  She was also a member of the Montrose Red Hat Society, and was a scuba diver with many advanced certifications.  Judith loved to travel and make homemade cards for her family and friends.  She also loved her church family at Clio New Covenant.  Her goal was to leave an afterglow of smiles, joy, laughter, and sunny days to the souls of those she encountered.

Surviving are:  2 daughters, Kathleen Marie Waters, and Kelly Jean (James) Baldwin; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 2 brothers, Lawrence (Sue) Dinsmore and Charles (Barb) Dinsmore all of whom she loved with all her heart.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Howard, brother, Daniel Ivan, and sister, Jeanette Marie.
