REMBACH, Joseph Richard, of Holly, age 77, died Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, June 8, 2015 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Burial in Lakeside Cemetery, Holly. Mr. Rembach will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 N. Ballenger Hwy., Flint Township, where friends may call 10AM-8PM Sunday. Joe was born in Goodrich, Michigan, September 1, 1937, the son of Joseph and Estella (Wisniewski) Rembach. He graduated from Clarkston High School. He was an avid golfer, fisherman, hunter, and gardener. He was a retired toolmaker. Joe was also a devoted Michigan State Fan. Surviving are: 2 sisters, Dorothy Kilmer, and Irene Fagan, both of Holly; brother, Chester Rembach of Clarkston; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and faithful beagle Allie. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Stanley and Edward, and sisters Val Watter, Millie Blust, Alice Connors, and Phyllis Vergin.
