BROWN , Jim Douglas, of Flint, age 78, Died Saturday, August 16, 2025 at his residence. Cremation has taken place.  In accordance with his wishes there will be no service.

Jim was born in Brighton, Michigan November 7, 1946, the son of Lawrence and Betty (Luce) Brown.  He worked for General Motors as an Automotive Technician and loved to do carpentry and cabinet making.

Jim is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; children, April Brown, Holly Brown, and James R. Brown; daughter-in-law, Shar-lott Matchim; grandchildren, Ian McDonald, Zack Brown, Arianna Brown, and Aidan Brown; brothers, Thomas (Sarah) Brown, and Donald (Karen) Brown.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Bonnie Brown.
