VOIGHT, Jeffrey Daniel, of Flushing, age 46, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 at his residence.  Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, Pastor Brad Lake officiating.  The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the time of service.  A luncheon will take place immediately following the service at 3289 W. Hobson Avenue, Flint, Michigan  48504.  We encourage all who knew Jeff to gather with us to share memories, food, and pop.  Feel free to bring a dish to pass.  BYOB RESPONSIBLY.  If necessary, feel free to drop your dish off anytime before the service.  Jeff was born in Flint, January 19, 1973, the son of Daniel and Joan (Gulish) Voight.  He loved to reflect on times in his life and to tell stories of his youth, from being an alter boy to playing basketball at Powers Catholic High School, going to basketball camp, running track, running the Crim five years in a row, to the amazing tile, marble, and granite tile work he completed over the last 20+ years; and being sober 21 years.  He was a huge movie buff and comedian himself.  He loved animals, fishing, muscle cars, Corvettes, The Detroit Tigers, and the love of his life his sweetie Kristina.  Surviving are life partner, Kristina; uncles, Charles Voight and Duane Voight; the Frank family; the Anger family; the Dummer family; the Gulish family; the Stott family; and the Osterman family.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
