KEBLBECK, Herbert Edward, Jr., age76, formerly of Flint, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Northern Louisiana Medical Center, Ruston, Louisiana.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, January 29, 2021 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial in Flint Memorial Park.  Mr. Keblbeck will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may visit 5-8 PM Wednesday and 10 AM – 8 PM Thursday.  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face covering and social distancing are required without exception.  Herb was born in Midland, Michigan February 26, 1944, the son of Herbert and Gladys (Ebear) Keblbeck.  He worked for Pafford Ambulance Service in Ruston LA in the Wheel chair Transport Division.  He loved hunting and Fishing.  He also loved spending time with his family.  He was a very kind man… he never met a stranger!  Surviving are:  his wife, Charlene (Gillen) Keblbeck;  son Mark (Cindy ) Keblbeck;  daughters, Angela Richardson, Brandi Millard and Keri (William) Ashcraft; son-in-law, Gary Brazzel; 13 grand children; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Bonnell; many nieces, nephews and very good friends. He was preceded in death by daughters, Heather Brazzel and Becky Keblbeck, granddaughter, Amber Keblbeck, and siblings, Kay Ramon, Jack Ryder, Douglas Keblbeck, and Phyllis Black.
