GLOVER, Gerald Eugene, of Genesee Township, age 86, died Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, June 12, 2020 at Harmony Baptist Church, 5106 East Bristol Road, Burton, Pastor Jim Reid officiating.  Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.  Mr. Glover will lie in state at the church where friends may visit from 10 AM until the time of service Friday.   Gerald was born in Toledo, Ohio, January 10, 1934, the son of Clarence and Josephine (Eichensier) Glover.  He served in the United States Army in Korea from 1953-1956. He married Shelby in 1957.  She preceded him in death in 2004.  He was employed at Chevrolet Flint Manufacturing for over 30 years.  Surviving are: 4 children, Gerald , Jr. (Jimmy), Jeffrey (Anglia), Brian (Nancy), and Sandra; 7 grandchildren,  Joseph, Samantha, Ryan, Nathen, Christina, Jason, and Sarah.  In addition to his wife he is preceded in death by a son, Edward Glover.
