SWARTZ, Frederick Clark, of Flint Township, age 57, died Sunday, May 31, 2026 at his residence, surrounded by family and friends.  Cremation has taken place.  A celebration of Mr. Swartz's life will take place at a later date.

Fred was born in Netrona Heights, Pennsylvania, January 24, 1969, the son of Charles and Carol (Coffman) Swartz.  He attended Kearsley High School where he played football and wrestling.  He joined the U.S. Army in 1986, serving in Desert Storm.  He was honorably discharged in 2000 and was very proud of serving his country.  He worked for AM VETS, serving homeless veterans, worked as a truck driver, and worked at Manufacturing Industries.

He is survived by his wife, Misty Walker Swartz; stepson, Ty Wagner; parents, Charles and Carol Swartz; sister, Brenda Pharris; brothers, Ronald Paskorz and Robert Dan Swartz.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lindsey Marie Swartz in 2024.
