WISNIEWSKI, Eleanor Ruth, of Davison, formerly of Burton, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Our Risen Lord Lutheran Church, 4040 Lapeer Road, Burton, Pastor Susan B. Lidums officiating. Burial will be at Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Michigan. Ellie will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 N. Ballenger Hwy., Flint Township, where friends may visit 5-8 PM Sunday and 2-8 PM Monday. She was born in what is now Warren, Michigan, October 23, 1932 and was a 1950 graduate of Warren High School. Eleanor had been a longtime resident of the Flint area, working for many years at Reigle Funeral Homes and as office manager at Brown Funeral Home. She was a longtime member of Our Risen Lord Lutheran Church. Surviving are: her son, David Bryan of Coppell, Texas; granddaughter, Rachel Bryan, currently attending NYU in New York City; sister, Hazel (Douglas) Lewis; several nieces and nephews.
