PURDY, Eleanor Mable, of Clio, age 80, died Tuesday, July 13, 2021.  Eleanor was born August 9, 1940 in Lapeer County.  She was a book keeper and business owner in the area for many years.  She was also a member and past secretary of Michigan Cruisers for more than 35 years.  Surviving are her husband of 55 years, David Purdy; sons, Tony (Jennifer), Chuck, Scott (Kelley), and Stacy (Rhonda); grandkids, Jennifer (Dan), Thomas (Lila), Zack, Sheela (Mike), Kristee, Tyler, Holly, David James, and David; great grandchildren, Aubrey, Kristian, Kayla, Kayden, Kaylynn, Ryan, Dane, and Felix; sister, Ruth (Ted); many nieces and nephews; and a cat she loved, Misty.  Memorial service will be held at a date to be announced later.
