WALTERS, Edith Ocealee, of Flint, died Friday, March 23, 2018 at McLaren Flint.Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, March 29, at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Keith O'Neal officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park. Edith will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 N. Ballenger Hwy., Flint Township, where family will receive friends 10AM-8PM Wednesday. She was born January 21, 1936 in Owosso, Michigan the daughter of Thomas Earl and Stella Marshall (Woodcock) Bonner. Surviving are: daughter, Robbyn (Richard) Smith; sons, Bill O'Neal, Don Perkins, and David Perkins; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by sons Tom O'Neal, Michael O'Neal, baby girl Donna Perkins, and adopted son, Harvey Perkins.
