SHARP, Donald J., of Flint, age 91, died Friday, July 25, 2025 at Hurley Medical Center.  Cremation has taken place.

Donald J. Sharp was born in Durand, Michigan, November 19, 1933, to Carl and Marjorie Sharp. He had 3 siblings Lee, Maxine and Carole. Don went on to serve his country as a MP in the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany. He was first married to Marie and had 2 Daughters Cinthia and Tammie, before marrying the love of his life Leona, June 29, 1964. They went on to have 3 children, Lois, Donald, and Marjorie. Don was a well driller for many years and went on to work the door at the Corunna Road Bar where he was a well-known pillar of the establishment for years. Don was known for his sarcasm, sense of humor, ornery streak and big heart. Donald was preceded in death by his wife Leona, daughter Tammie as well as his Mother, father and 3 siblings. Surviving are his children Cynthia, Lois, Donald, and Marjorie (Jeff). His grand Children Katrina (Charles), Amanda (Melvin), Joshua, Heather, Eric (Shannan), Troy, Bradley (Briana), Mason (Skylar), Daniel, Zack (Megan), Brandon and Karter as well as Several Great Grandkids. He will be missed by many.
