LONGSTREET, Donald Jerry, Jr., of Flint, age 54, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at his residence with his mother by his side.  Cremation has taken place.  A graveside service and final interment will be held 11 AM Monday, August 17, 2020 at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery.  Mr. Longstreet was born in Flint, March 6, 1966 the son of Donald and Kathryn (Bombe) Longstreet.  He will be remembered for his smile and the many kindnesses he extended to everyone. He loved to tinker with engines and worked on many projects.  His last wish was to go home to be with Jesus.  He is now at peace.  He is survived by his parents, Don and Kathy Longstreet of Grand Blanc; sister, Melissa (Steven) Gilkes; brother, Kent (Cortney) Longstreet; grandmother, Carolyn Longstreet; nephew, Donovan Howitt; nieces, Gwendolyn Howitt and Jaime Longstreet; many aunts, uncles, and cousing; and his best buddy, Baby his dog.  He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gerald Longstreet and Frank Bombe, and grandmother Maxine Bombe.
