WEST, Cindy Lee (Tangel), of Lapeer, age 68, died Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at her residence.  Cremation has taken place.  Cindy was born in Toledo, Ohio, June 22, 1957.  Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren.  She was a loving mother.  Cindy enjoyed adventures with her best friend Kim and loved her dog bear.  She also enjoyed music, dancing, and crocheting.  She definitely had a green thumb for her plants.

Surviving are:  children, Tiffany Ann Cox, Christina Marie Cox, Kelly Louise West, Angelica (Josh) Janisewski, and Austin Scott (Amber Smerdon) Cox; grandchildren, Ania (Dakota) Janisewski, Anijha (Travis) Winters, Isiah, David, Logan, Noah, Wyatt, and Barrett; great grandchildren, Gunner Lee Winters, and Luka James Janisewski; brother, Eldon (Katie) Welch; many nieces and nephews.    FLY HIGH
