HOWELL, Cinda Louise (Spencer), of Mount Morris, formerly of Owosso, Michigan, age 77, passed away peacefully Friday, September 6, 2024 at her home.  A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 21, 2024.  Please contact a family member for the location.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to her children.

Cinda was born in Owosso, October 10, 1946 to Wendell and Jean (Silvers) Spencer.  She married Paul Samuel Howell, Sr. November 30, 1962, and together they raised seven children.  Cinda worked as a C.N.A. a good portion of her life and enjoyed sewing and baking in her spare time.

Surviving are:  children, Tammy (Timothy) Francis, Sherry (Kirk) Hall, Paul Howell, Jr., Candy (Matt) Jury, Toby (Deborah) Howell, Shannon (Vincent) Oginski, and Brandy Erikson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Danny (Jame) Spencer, Terry (Deborah) Spencer, Gale (Barbara) Spencer, and Lonny (Peggy) Spencer.  She was predeceased by her parents and husband.
