SALEM, Christine Ann, of Holly, age 61, went to be with Jesus Sunday, January 16, 2022 at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital.  Funeral services will be held 12:30 Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Cornerstone Church of Highland, 4995 N. Hickory Ridge Road, Highland, Michigan, Pastor Timothy Forsthoff officiating.  Private graveside services will follow at Lakeside Cemetery, Holly.  Chris will lie in state at Cornerstone Church where friends may visit from 10AM-Noon on Saturday.  Christine was born July 31, 1960 in Detroit, the daughter of Francis and Joan (Fischer) Drohan.  She received her Masters Degree in Special Education from Liberty University.  Chris loved the children she worked with as a Special Education Teacher and Coordinator at Woodland Park Academy, Grand Blanc.  Surviving are:  her husband, Daniel Salem; children, Cierra (Michael) Sibilla, Chad Sigro, Amanda Salem, Nicholas Salem, and Jacob (Lauren) Salem; grandchildren; 2 brothers, Robert (Vickie) Drohan and Terry Drohan; many nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
