COX, Charles David, of Clio, age 55, died Friday, July 29, 2022 at McLaren Flint.  Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Chuck was born April 10, 1967 in Flint, the son of Charles E. and Norma (Bailey) Cox.  He loved his grandkids, his family and friends, and loved working in his garage tinkering and fixing just about anything.  Chuck loved to cook, especially out on his grill.  He also loved LOUD music!  Surviving are:  3 children, Jo-Lee (Jason) Barnes, Amanda (Michael) Clemens, and Felicia Cox; girlfriend, Vicky Near and her children, Jeff (Jen) Erwin, and Jim (Christiane) Erwin; 3 brothers, James Kelley, Jerry (LeeAnn) Cox, and Randy Cox; 6 grandchildren, Alex Spencer, Makenzie Erwin, Addison Erwin, Lillian Erwin, Cassiopeia Erwin, and Elliot Clemons; nieces and nephews, Sarah (Mackin) Schriner, Krista (Will) Kelley, Mary Kelley, Cody (Kacey) Spencer, Katie Cox, and Randy Cox.
