KEBLBECK, Charlene Rae (Gillen), of Flint, age 71, died Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, December 12, 2022 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery.  Charlene will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may call 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Sunday and 10:00 AM until the time of services Monday.  Charlene was born in Flint, April 23, 1951, the daughter of Charles and Mary Ann (Horton) Gillen.

Charlene had such strength, no matter what life threw at her, she was ready and fought with everything she had.  Whether she was being the big sister (mom) to her siblings or being a great wife and the best mother she could be, she always gave it everything!   She was the type of person that would help you with anything you needed but she would also tell you exactly what she felt and that is just one of the great qualities she had.

Each one of her 8 grandchildren and her 2 great grandchildren had a special bond with her.  They each had something special that was just between them.  She is and always will be the rock of our family.

Surviving are her daughters, Angela Richardson, Keri (William) Ashcraft, and Brandi Millard; her son, Mark (Cindy) Keblbeck; her son-in-law, Gary Brazzel ;  her grandchildren; her great grandchildren; her sister, Judy (Phillip) Gean;  her brother, John Gillen Sr.; and many nieces, nephews, and very good friends.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Herbert Keblbeck, her daughter, Heather Brazze,l and her grandson, Jordan Lee Millard.
