BUCHLER, Carleen Audrey, of Flint, age 80, died Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held  11:00 AM Thursday, July 14, 2022 at United in Christ Lutheran Church, 6330 Corunna Road, Flint Township, Rev. Steve Stahlhut officiating.  Burial will be in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery.  Mrs. Buchler will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township, where friends may visit 10 AM - 8 PM Wednesday.  Carleen was born June 12, 1942 in Rogers City, Michigan, the daughter of Herman and Grace (Noffzee) Karsten.   She married Kenneth Walter Buchler October 10, 1964.  Mrs. Buchler worked 40 years as a paraprofessional at Civic Park School where she touched the lives of many.  Surviving are: 3 sons, Paul (Rose) Buchler, Mark (Amy) Buchler, and Tom Buchler; 11 grandchildren, Jaquie, Devin, Raven, Darin, Samuel, Michael, Aiden, Adam, Sarah, Lila, and Abigail; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Anita Augsburger; sisters-in-law, Karen Buchler, and Mary Karsten; 17 nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter-in-law Jennifer, brothers, Paul, Donald, Richard, and Edmund, brothers-in-law, Robert, Donald, and Ervin, mother- and father-in-law Alfred and Olga Buchler, and sisters-in-law Maude, Linda, and Sharon.
