PARKER, Bruce J., of Mount Morris, age 70, died Sunday, January 1, 2023 at McLaren Flint Hospital.  Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 12, 2023 at First Baptist Church, 800 Louisa Street, Mt. Morris.  Bruce was born in Flint, August 3, 1952.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam.   He loved to fish, work on cars, and spend time with his family.  He is survived by his spouse of 50 years, Sharon Parker; children, Bruce Parker Jr., Rebecca Parker, and Daniel (Tammy) Parker, II; grandchildren, Veronica (Ryan) Whittman, Andrew (Stacie) Parker, Anthony Cain, and Lauren Hobson; 2 great grandchildren; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and many nieces and nephews.  Preceding him in death are his parents Daniel Parker and Elva Jean Parker.
