PROCTOR, Bobbie June, of Kosciusko, Mississippi, formerly of Burton, Michigan, age 85, went home to be with her Lord, Sunday, July 24, 2022 at her daughters residence.  A service celebrating her life will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Friends may visit 4:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 North Ballenger Highway, Flint Township.

Bobbie was born November 11, 1936 in Ethel, Mississippi, one of 14 children of Charlie and Pearl Proctor.  She moved to Flint, Michigan with her brothers at age 18.  She owned and operated Bobbie's Hair Fashions in Flint and, in 1972, relocated to Memphis, Tennessee where she worked as an audiologist for Dr. Gardner until retiring.

Surviving are:  2 daughters, Monica and husband Robert Holleman of Flint, Michigan and Ramona and husband Jerry Coffin of Burton, Michigan; 8 grandchildren, Jill and husband Sean Smith, Michael and wife Tara Yanta, Ryan and wife Juana Parish, Melissa and husband Michael Floriddia, Lindsay and husband Ron Noreyko, Emily Rogers, Amber Holleman, James Coffin, and Jacob and wife Ashli Coffin; 14 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

The family would like to thank the Heart To Heart Hospice team who took excellent care of Bobbie.
