ANDERSON, Barbara Jean, of Genesee Township, age 96, died Monday, October 6, 2025 at Hurley Medical Center.  Barbara will lie in state at the Plumb-Smith Funeral Home, G-1208 N. Ballenger Highway, Flint township, where friends may visit 10 AM – 5 PM Sunday, October 12, 2025.  Cremation will follow.  Barbara was born in Flint, June 10, 1929, the daughter of Osa and Effie Firman.  Surviving are: son, Larry Brewer of Mount Morris; granddaughters, Barbara, Bobbie And Billie; grandsons, Mark Duford, Richard Brewer, Curtis, and Craig; special friend, Ricky Foster.  She was preceded in death by husbands, Gardner Brewer, and John Anderson, an infant son, sons Perry, Terry, and Garry, daughters Brenda and Debra, grandson Tony Brewer, granddaughter Shauna Hill, and sister Thelma Brewer.
